Refund & Returns
If you change your mind about a product you've purchased from us, you're welcome to return it for an exchange or refund (excluding the shipping costs). Please send any feedback to support@top-go.com and we will do our best to make it right! 

Our Refund & Return Policy

  • Returns must be within 30 days of the order date
  • We don't currently cover the cost of return shipping
  • Items must be in original condition with the packaging intact to be refunded
  • We're not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender- so check that info twice
  • We will refund your account within 1 business day of receiving it
  • Shipping costs are not refundable 
  • Include your packing slip or order receipt so that we can identify your order

Once received, and processed by our Returns Department, the credit will be issued back to your credit card minus any shipping fees. The credit should appear on your account within 5-7 business days after the return is received.

We strongly advise that you use a traceable shipping method when returning your order.

Shipping
International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis for most destinations, regardless of the weight of your parcel. For some international destinations, shipping is charged on a flexible rate based on the weight of the parcel. Exact shipping cost is visible in the checkout.
We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order. Delivery timings will then vary depending on the shipping destination.
When ordering goods from www.top-go.com. for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.top-go.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond the control of TOPGO and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur if we cannot confirm your order or if there are issues with processing your payment. To ensure that your order is not delayed, please make sure that you've specified a valid shipping address and your payment information is accurate.

Your order will be arranged for delivery in 1-2 days after you ordered. The shipping time is about 3-5 days.
